Be Well Launch Event

About the event

Be Well is a new social prescribing service for Central and South Manchester.

It’s designed to give non-clinical support to GP patients, helping them to consider everything affecting their wellbeing – from employment and housing to family and money issues – and make changes.

This formal launch event aims to build on the local engagement work Be Well teams are already doing with GP practices in Central and South Manchester. It's an opportunity for individual GPs and primary care team members to talk to their local Be Well team members in some depth so they find out what Be Well is already doing for their GP practice and also explore social prescribing possibilities they may not have considered before. The launch has been timed to coincide with GP development time on Wednesday afternoons.

It will take place on Wednesday 17 July at The National Speedway Stadium, Kirkmanshulme Lane, Gorton, Manchester M12 4WB.

To book your free place, get a General Admission ticket and leave your details. When you book, you'll be asked to provide details of any dietary requirements for the buffet lunch after the Be Well launch finishes at 13.30pm.
